                                                      SPICY BONELESS CHICKEN

For all the spice fans! This is a type of homemade chicken dish which is spicy and simple but very tasty. It has cooked with freshly spices which give wonderful taste to the dish and makes this dish delicious.This delicious recipe is easy to make, which brings a spicy red chilli colour and flavor to the dish. The spice level of the dish is high due to the use of spicy flavors.


INGREDIENTS

250gm boneless chicken pieces
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon dahi
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
 half teaspoon turmeric powder
half teaspoon jeera powder
half teaspoon garam masala powder
6-7 garlic cloves
6-7 kashmiri red chillies
5 tablespoon oil
chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

PROCEDURE

Rinse the chicken pieces in water for 2-3 times and then put them in a big bowl. Add all the spices, such as 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon garam masala powder, half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon jeera powder and salt to taste. Mix it and then add about 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste and 2 tablespoon dahi. Cover the chicken and keep this marination aside atleast for 30-40 minutes.Let's start making gravy now, for that take about 6-7 cloves of garlic and 6-7 red kashmiri chillies. Put them in a grinder and add about 4-5 tablespoon of water. Grind into a smooth paste and keep aside. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and add marinated chicken mixture. Cover the pan with lid and cook the chicken on low flame for 7-8 minutes and in between stir the chicken in every 2-3 minutes so chicken should not get burnt. Add prepared red spicy gravy and mix it and then cover the pan again with lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes till the chicken cook well. When gravy is little dried and chicken pieces are cooked garnish the dish with coriander leaves.

This recipe is prepared from the mushroom called as DRY MUSHROOM CHILLI. This is an simple healthy stir fry recipe which is really quick to make and are healthy. This is much healthier dish as it is rich in vitamin D. There are some foods which taste the best when made with minimum ingredients and are healthy as well. This mushroom recipe is the same-simple and even delicious. This flavorful dry mushroom chilli can be prepared in just 10 minutes and you all will love it. If you like the stir fry mushrooms or the dry mushroom dishes then this one will surely be loved by all of you.

INGREDIENTS

200 grams white button mushroom
1 large chopped capsicum
3  chopped onions
ginger garlic paste
2 to 3  chopped green chillies
half tablespoon soyasauce
half tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
half tablespoon crushed black pepper
2 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
sugar to taste
chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE

Rinse the mushroom in water and chop them. Heat oil in a kadai. Add the chopped onions and stir fry them on medium heat till they become brown.Now add the ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies and stir fry for a minute. Add the chopped capsicum and stir fry for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and stir fry on medium heat till the mushroom leaves water and starts to get browned. This will take about 7-8 minutes. The whole mixture should become dry and the mushroom browned. Then add soyasauce, pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, vinegar and cook well till the mushroom became dry and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

RECIPE            
          
INGREDIENTS

4 kingfish slices
7- 8 garlic cloves
1 onion
1- inch piece ginger
2 tomato
2 teaspoon chilli powder
half teaspoon turmeric powder
3 teaspoons oil
salt to taste
water
lime juice


PROCEDURE

Apply salt to the kingfish slices and set aside for 5 minutes and then wash.Chop and make ginger- garlic  paste.Blend tomato in a mixer to a pulp and grate onion.Then heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the ginger -garlic paste,then add the grated onion and stir-fry.Then add tomato pulp,chilli powder,turmeric powder and bring to the boil.Add kingfish slices, add salt to taste, add lime juice, add a little extra water and boiled it for 4 minutes.After boiling gravy it becomes thiick and remove from the heat.

                                               BOILED EGG CURRY WITH COCONUT

This is for the egg lovers and it is an simple curry which has been made from eggs and is also easier to make. This dish has been filled with a delicious flavor that is going to impress everyone after eating it and by adding the coconut  gives the dish and different flavor. The curry looks simple and delicious and requires the few ingredients to prepare and we can served this receipe with rice or roti.


RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

5-6 boiled eggs
3 tablespoon oil
2 tomatos
3 onions
1 teaspoon chilly powder
2 pieces cinnamon
2-3 cloves
half teaspoon turmeric powders
1 cup grated coconut
water
a little lime juice
ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
coriander leaves

PROCEDURE

Boile and shell the eggs.Chop the onion and tomato. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the cinamon,cloves, half cup grated coconut,and then make a paste of  that  ingredient.Heat a 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stirfry the chopped onion till golden brown and then put a tomato in a pan and stirfry.Add a paste of cinammon,cloves, half cup grated coconut and even a ginger garlic paste into it and add a boiled egg,chilli powder,turmeric powder and add some water and salt to taste and make a gravy.Let it cook for two or three boils squeeze in  lime juice and garnish coriander leaves before serving.

                                                        HEALTHY VEGETABLE RICE

I believe that a healthy body and mind starts with healthy food.I also believe that food should not only be nutritious,but also tasty and fun! so like this only my "HEALTHY VEGETABLE RICE" dish contains different vegetables.I know that some people hate vegetable to eat but after cooking this you will change your mind and started loving this dish as well vegetable.

RECIPE 

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of basmati rice, 1 cup green peace, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped green capsicum, Ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, 5 cloves, 2 pieces cinnamon, 2-3 green chilies, few french beans, 4 tablespoon ghee, salt to taste

PROCEDURE
First i wash rice and then i added 4 cups water in it and kept it on pressure cook for two whistle. Open lid soon after and spread the rice out on a dish  then I chopped all the vegetables carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chillies,french beans into small pieces. Then heat 4 tablespoon ghee in a pan and fry cloves,cinnamon,green chilies then put all your cuted vegetables in a pan and fry it. When you find all your vegetables are fryed then put rice in it then add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and then add salt to taste and mix it and finally add chopped coriander just before serving, stir and serve the dish.
